Tough decisions ahead for hospital

In the May 16 edition of The Reporter, I read of the plans to bring Strait-Richmond Hospital up to current acceptable standards.

The structure is closing in on its 40th birthday and I suggest we consider an alternative use for the facility.

It is time to reconsider the location for the hospital, allowing us a greater chance of retaining medical staff and being closer to our improved airport.
