Granville Green Concert Series line up announced


PORT HAWKESBURY: Celebrating its 25th year, the Granville Green Concert Series presented by NuStar and Bear Head LNG, will feature six free outdoor concerts on Sundays from July 7 to August 11 on Granville Street.

The Granville Green Concert Series line up for this summer is as follows: July 7 Wintersleep with special guests Villages; July 14 Ria Mae with special guests Rachel Beck; July 21 Matt Mays with special guests the Carmen Townsend Band; July 28 Joel Plaskett Emergency with special guests Beech Hill; August 4 Tim Baker with special guests the Weather Station; and August 11  East Pointers with special guests Dave Sampson.

Each concert begins at 7 p.m. and concertgoers are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for comfort. In case of inclement weather, the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre will be used.
