BREAKING: Elections Nova Scotia (ENS) has received the ninth and final compliance agreement as a result of its investigation into potential breaches of the Elections Act in the Municipality of the County of Richmond.
Gail Johnson has signed a compliance agreement with ENS. The Notice of Compliance Agreement is published in the Compliance section of the Elections Nova Scotia Web site.
ENS now considers this file closed.
